ALL ABOUT THERAPY
My focus is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which looks at the impact of our thoughts, emotions and behaviors on our mental health.  I work one to one with you to help with issues such as anxiety (including generalised, health, social), depression, low self esteem, confidence, OCD and more.  We will work together in a supportive and collaborate way and usually with goal setting focusing on thought and behavioural change.

I guide my clients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new tools and techniques such as challenging negative thinking and mindfulness/grounding exercises.
